  8. This default translation puts the data from a ProDOS file into an MS-DOS file.

  10. How to Use It

  12. If all the other translators in the ProDOS to MS-DOS menu are inactive or unable to translate a file, Apple File Exchange performs the default translation.  By using the default translation, you can copy data from ProDOS files into MS-DOS files.

  14. To ensure that Apple File Exchange performs the default translation, you must deactivate all other translators in the menu.  (Active translators are checked in the menu.  To deactivate an active translator, select the translator's menu item.)
